One program. Everything handled.

This is more than a website. We build your complete digital foundation β€” domain, website, Google presence, SEO, analytics, and call tracking β€” then keep improving it every month.

Ask How the Reserve Works

Content with a purpose. Topics are never chosen just to hit an article count β€” every piece is based on what your customers actually search, keyword opportunities, your services, local demand, and real website performance.

How It Compares

What growing your visibility actually costs

$1,250/month sounds like a lot β€” until you price the alternatives for the same work.

Typical SEO agency

$2,500–$5,000/mo

Retainers with long contracts, account managers, and reports full of statistics instead of decisions.

In-house marketing hire

$60,000+/yr

Salary, benefits, tools, and management time β€” for one person covering writing, SEO, and analytics.

Doing it yourself

Your nights
& weekends

Five researched articles a month plus monitoring and optimization is a real part-time job.

Websites America

$1,250/mo

Five original articles, monitoring, optimization, and a report that tells you what to do next β€” handled.

The First 90 Days

SEO compounds. Here's how it starts.

The first 90 days establish the data and content foundation we use to make better decisions going forward.

1

Week 1 β€” Build & Launch

Website development, domain configuration, Google setup, analytics, call tracking, technical SEO, and launch.

2

Month 1 β€” Establish

Google indexing, baseline search data, initial content development, and identification of early opportunities.

3

Month 2 β€” Expand

Continue building relevant content, strengthen the website, and start using actual search behavior to find opportunities.

4

Month 3 β€” Refine

See which pages, keywords, and geographic areas are gaining traction β€” and concentrate future SEO work on the strongest opportunities.

Monthly Reporting

Reports that answer three questions

Traffic, Google impressions, clicks, search queries, top pages, geographic activity, call activity, and month-over-month change β€” turned into decisions, not just statistics.

What happened?

Clear month-over-month numbers on traffic, impressions, clicks, and calls β€” no jargon, no filler.

What are people looking for?

The actual search queries, top pages, and geographic areas generating interest in your business.

What should we do next?

Specific recommendations for the coming month, based on your real data β€” not guesswork.

Monthly Performance Report Sample β€” Month 4 of a typical engagement
1 Β· What happened?
2,847Google impressions β–² 34%
312site visits β–² 22%
19phone calls β–² 6
5articles published

Impressions grew for the third straight month, led by the new service pages. Calls came primarily from mobile searchers within 15 miles.

2 Β· What are people looking for?

"Emergency [service] near me" is your fastest-growing query β€” you rank #9 and it's worth a dedicated page. Two neighboring towns generated clicks with no page targeting them yet.

3 Β· What should we do next?

Next month: build the emergency-service page, publish two articles targeting the neighboring towns, and strengthen internal links to the top-converting service page.

Illustrative sample β€” your report is built from your site's actual search and call data.

Common Questions

Straight answers before you commit

Why $5,000 when website builders cost $20 a month?

A DIY builder gives you software β€” you still have to design the site, write the copy, set up the domain, configure Google Business Profile, install analytics, and do the SEO. Our $5,000 build delivers all of that done correctly: website, domain, DNS, SSL, hosting, Google presence, SEO foundation, analytics, and call tracking, live in about 7 days. You're buying the outcome, not the tool.

I already have a domain. Does the price change?

The program price stays the same β€” domain research and purchase is a small part of the build. If you already own a domain, we configure DNS, SSL, and hosting on it, and the cost that would have gone to a new domain stays in your infrastructure reserve.

What does the $1,000 infrastructure reserve actually pay for?

Hosting, SSL and security, domain and DNS expenses, backups, uptime and performance monitoring, and technical maintenance. Unused funds are never forfeited β€” the balance rolls forward, and once your site is established we expect the annual contribution to decrease substantially. Any expense beyond the reserve requires your approval first.

What happens to my website and articles if I cancel?

You keep everything. Upon full payment of the project fee, you own the completed website, the domain, and every article we've published. The monthly engagement has a three-month initial commitment, then continues month-to-month β€” either party can end it with 30 days' notice.

Can you guarantee first-page rankings?

No β€” and no honest provider can. Google independently determines rankings. What we control is the work: build the site correctly, publish content based on what your customers actually search, measure everything, and improve every month. That's what compounds into rankings.

How fast will my site launch?

Approximately 7 days after we receive your company information, materials, and approvals. Delays in receiving information, account access, or Google verification can extend the timeline.

What if I only want the website without monthly SEO?

You can start with Build & Launch plus the infrastructure reserve and add monthly growth later. Just know the website is the starting point, not the finish line β€” the monthly program is where visibility compounds.

How is payment structured?

$2,500 on approval, $2,500 at launch, and the $1,000 infrastructure reserve at launch. The monthly SEO & Digital Growth engagement is $1,250/month billed in advance, with an initial three-month commitment.
